These terms of use govern access to and use of the BO Community website (hereinafter "the Site"). By using the Site, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Purpose of the Site

BO Community is a mutual support community platform for families affected by Bronchiolitis Obliterans (BO). The Site allows members to share their testimonials, communicate with each other and find support. The Site is supported by the Hope for Gabriel association.

User content

Testimonials and messages published on the Site are written by members under their own responsibility. By submitting a testimonial, you declare that the information shared is truthful and concerns you or your child. You remain the owner of your content and can edit or delete it at any time.

Moderation

All testimonials are reviewed by an administrator before publication. The Site reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that is inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or contrary to the community's spirit of mutual support. In case of rejection, the member is notified by email with the reason.

Intellectual property

Testimonials remain the property of their authors. The source code, design and BO Community brand are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Health disclaimer

The testimonials shared on this site are personal experiences and do not constitute medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations in any way. Each medical journey is unique. The Site disclaims all responsibility for decisions made based on information shared by members.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information shared by members. The Site cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of information contained in testimonials. The Site cannot be held liable for exchanges between members.
